If the fight doesВ get to hand-to-hand, the Spartans will win at roughly 90% of the time,В but they'd have to be VERY wary of the Vibro-knife in the Commando's hand. They were trained all their accelerated lives, don't disrespect that.В Not to mention other categories make up for this. Yes, Spartans have better training and are more physically fit due to augmentations, but the Commandos aren't too much behind. You can't outrun an explosion/blaster shot. The Spartans canВ move faster in every form, but they're still human to an extent. (Yes, you can kill your squadmates in Republic Commando.) In Halo, one sniper headshot kills you. And if they can shoot each other in the head, full-shielding, and the commando doesn't instantly die, then that proves they have better shielding/protection. As I said in the weaponry paragraph, the Commando's snipers are better. The Shielding is very similar in my eyes. Although when it comes to composition, I'd say the Duraplast Commandos are better than the Spartan's Titanium. If you hit your opponent harder than they can and before they can evade, it doesn't matter. But it's nothing other factors can't make up for (mainly weaponry), but it doesn't ultimately matter. Moving to armor, I won't spend too much time, but I will linger.

So in weaponry, I'd say the Commandos take the cake with little to no effort. Their armor was at the same grade as starfighter hulls, (and those were sometimes put to the test in CAPITAL SHIP combat). Those Dwarf Spider Droids weren't slouches either. Although this took some concentration, teamwork and ammo, it could be done, and Delta Squad performed this on multiple occasions. Now, my favorite part, the Anti-Armor attachment. It could also easily shave off the protective front-covering of SBDs with almost any-placed shot. Not to mention that it could serve as a somewhat slower substitute for the Anti-Armor attachment. Secondly, the Sniper mode was made to be so accurate, its crosshair was simply a cross, (no small circle like the Halo Sniper Rifle, ). So the default version of this gun was already very impressive.

Moving to the Commandos, their DC-17m Repeating Blaster Rifle not only came with its already reliable standard-firing mode, but also was interchangeable to be able to function as an insanely precise sniper-rifle, but also an ion pulse blaster, (The latter we will not discuss, as there is scant information on it) Firstly, the standard Blaster function was reliable, accurate, and hard-hitting (Keep in mind, this is an upgrade of the standard rifles, and those could one-shot droids and other armored foes in the movies.В games are inaccurate to an extent in order to make the game actually fun). Not to mention the extremely durable Duraplast armor plating. Considering that most of these weapons take more than one round of ammunition to pierce Covenant shields, (Which I consider to be very similar to Commando's based off of un-biased observation and research) unless the Spartans had the launcher in supply, it would take time to pierce the Commando's shields. I'd say I'd give the normal assortment of weaponry to Spartans, (ARs, DMRs, Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, SMGs, Battle Rifles, at most, a Reach grenade launcherВ ).

The Commandos would be able to beat the Spartans, roughly 7/10 timesВ (even giving the Spartans nearly any Mark of Armor). If you're wondering why Kamino doesn't do that for all the clones, it's because trying to deliberately induce beneficial defects into a cloning process would hit both ends of the spectrums, and the Kaminoans are trying for a uniform army.Y'all are bickering like old married couples.

The Bad Batch is a team composed of clones with defects, however the defects enhanced their specialties (sniping, hacking, brute force, CQC). Usually it's a clone unwilling to follow commands, but occasionally it results in a clone with a physical defect such as Clone 99 from Clone Wars: Season 3. Kamino mantains exceptional cloning standards, but they slip up from time to time. 'Bad Batch' - these aren't normal clones. It should be noted that neither ARCs nor CCs are built from different templates. They are also (on paper) the strongest clones, capable of destroying entire droid armies in just small groups. They are training for commando-type missions, such as sabotage, demolition, and usually work in small teams of Clone Commandos. Clone commandos are uniquely trained and gifted, drawn from the exceptional clones during training. They may be comparable to US Army Rangers, in a sense.Д¬lone Commandos - these were actually nicknamed 'CC's in some novels. Despite their (usual) appearance in the animated series, ARC Troopers were clones specially trained for advanced recon in unfamiliar terrain, and stealth / guerilla operations.
